Thank you for supporting the Northeast Florida Nursery & Growers Association (NEFNGLA). Because purchases made through our website may include memberships, event registrations, sponsorships, and physical products, refund eligibility varies depending on the type of purchase.

Memberships

NEFNGLA membership dues are generally non-refundable once payment has been processed. Membership benefits and eligibility are associated with the applicable membership term and are not transferable unless otherwise approved by NEFNGLA.

Event Registrations

Event registration cancellation and refund policies may vary by event. When an event has a specific cancellation or refund policy, those terms will be provided on the applicable event registration page and will take precedence over this general policy.

Unless otherwise stated, requests to cancel an event registration should be submitted to NEFNGLA as soon as possible. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be subject to deadlines, administrative costs, commitments made to venues or vendors, and other event-related expenses.

If NEFNGLA cancels an event, registered attendees will be notified regarding available options, which may include a refund, credit, or transfer to a rescheduled event, as applicable.

Sponsorships

Sponsorship payments are generally non-refundable once NEFNGLA has begun providing sponsorship benefits or has made commitments based on the sponsorship.

These benefits may include, but are not limited to, website recognition, printed materials, signage, social media promotion, email recognition, event materials, advertising, or other sponsor benefits.

If you need to make a change to a sponsorship, please contact NEFNGLA as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes when possible.

Physical Products

If you receive a physical product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact NEFNGLA promptly after receiving your order.

Please include your order information and a description of the issue. Photographs may be requested for damaged or defective items. If the issue is confirmed, NEFNGLA will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
